Cubic Telecom, the leading global connected software provider to the automotive and IoT industries, today, at AutoMobility LA™, announced it will use Microsoft Azure Location Based Services to deliver location capabilties to automakers worldwide. Cubic Telecom will demonstrate its Automotive Wi-Fi hotspot data solution during AutoMobility LA in the Microsoft Booth #138 in the Technology Pavilion.
Cubic Telecom will demonstrate how its data analytics solution powered by Azure Location Based Services will help city planners, automotive OEMs and third parties to more effectively manage Electrical Vehicle (EV) charging station locations, occupancy rates and overall efficiency of the infrastructure.
The demonstration is just one example of the types of solutions being developed by Cubic. Over time, the Cubic Telecom data warehouse will be enriched with additional datasets and an array of APIs, providing city planners, OEMs and developers with near real-time data access for their own proprietary applications.
